4. Who has access to it

Your data is read by our teams, who need it to handle your project. It is also processed on our behalf by our technical providers: website hosting, email, customer relationship management, workflow automation, appointment booking and traffic measurement. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.

We pass on to manufacturers the technical information about your project that they need in order to quote. Your contact details are disclosed to a manufacturer, a carrier or an inspection company only where performing your order requires it, for example on shipping documents.

5. Where your data is processed

SupplyChine Limited is established in Hong Kong and our teams work in China. Some of our providers are established in the United States. 7. Your rights

You may access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its use, object to its processing and request its portability. You may object at any time to us getting back in touch with you, without having to give a reason. If you live in France, you may also give directions about what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@supplychine.com. We answer within one month. We may ask you to prove your identity if we have a reasonable doubt.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may refer the matter to the data protection authority of your country, in France the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or, in Hong Kong, the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (www.pcpd.org.hk).

8. Security

We limit access to your data to the people who need it for your project, and we protect our tools with appropriate technical and organisational measures.

9. Cookies

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. We use two kinds.

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline measurement cookies, one as easily as the other. Declining changes nothing about your access to the website. You can change your mind at any time with the link at the bottom of every page.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
